The first form collects what is needed to create the inquiry and begin communication. The student has raised their hand.

The second form asks what matters to them. It is optional: stopping here does not undo the inquiry. Completing it makes the student eligible for the personalized mini drip.

Normalized answer values point to content snippets for topics, questions, majors, future plans, and search stages. Liquid assembles the selected blocks within a shared message structure.

Build the rules with the content.

The maintenance plan gives each answer a content response, priority, fallback, owner, and review schedule.

Testing needs to cover blank or competing answers, repeated blocks, changed interests, communication preferences, and students who leave the nurture audience.
